Cake
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix + provided ingredients on box
Flan
- 1 can evaporate milk
- 1 can sweeten milk
- 1/2 cream cheese
- 1 can media crema
- 3 eggs
- 10 drops of vanilla
Follow the cake box recipe and set aside. Mix all flan ingredients in separate bowl with a blender. Spray a cake pan with nonstick spray. Pour the cake mix first, then the flan mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow time to cool, then turn the cake on a large plate. All done!

Hi Nancy. We would love to hear if you try this, we think it sounds like a great dessert! Media crema is also called table cream. I think Nestle makes a version that you can find in cans at most grocery stores.
